Our Purpose

The Indigenous Mindfulness Coalition (IMC) is dedicated to revitalizing mindfulness rooted in Indigenous traditions. We focus on promoting accessibility to mindfulness practices for the wellbeing of communities through education, retreats, and various programs.

Healing Journeys

Our retreats are designed to immerse attendees in culturally enriched mindfulness practices. They focus on personal growth and collective healing, allowing participants to reconnect with nature and their cultural heritage.

Art

Our art classes provide a space for Indigenous youth and elders to express themselves through various mediums. This creative outlet fosters community connection and cultural expression, enhancing collective wellbeing.
